WE DON'T LIKE FRAUDSTERS!
TO OUR HONEST AND LOVELY ORGANIC CUSTOMERS:
We love our customers - that's why we're still in this business, you are lovely and green and family minded. You like our good customer service and our gorgeous organic products and have been warm and encouraging and friendly!
However, we have been targeted by fraudsters over the past few weeks, using stolen credit cards. We had always assumed that our line of business is less likely to be attacked by fraudsters - but we were wrong! As our business is a rather small and doesn't have a huge amount of clout, we just have to refund the credit card companies and the lovely organic clothing items are gone. Ouch!
This means we now have to protect ourselves. The best way of doing this is apparently by only shipping to the address where the card is registered. So, that is what we are going to do. If you are one of our lovely regular customers and this is no good for you, please email us with your preferred delivery address once you've placed the order and we'll give you a call back to confirm.
We are really sorry about this and hope it's not an inconvenience!
