How do I place an order with DamTam?
You can order through our web site at http://www.damtam.com, which accepts secure payments by credit or debit card. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Alternatively, you can post us details of your order at the address below, along with a pound sterling cheque or money order, made payable to DamTam Ltd. (please make sure that the order total includes postage and packing, which is £3.50 for standard Royal Mail within the UK):

How fast can I expect to receive my order?
If you would like your order to reach you by the 24th of Decmeber, please make sure you place it by Sunday the 18th of December (for UK deliveries. For parcels to other countries we cannot guareantee that they will reach us in time for Christmas.
We aim to dispatch orders placed through our web site on the next working day and we usually guarantee that all internet orders are dispatched within three working days of the order being placed.
We use Royal Mail Parcel Service, so within the UK, you can usually expect to receive your order within three to five working days.
For orders placed by post, your cheque needs to clear before your order is dispatched, so you can expect to receive your order within about ten working days.

How do I know you've received my order?
When we have received your order, you will be sent an e-mail confirming your order details. You will also receive an e-mail from Sagepay our secure payment processing partner, confirming that your payment has been accepted.

How much do you charge for postage?
Postage for normal mainland UK delivery is charged at £3.50 per order, up to £60, with postage on UK-based orders of £60 and over being free. For orders from outside the UK, postage is charged at £8 for orders placed within Europe and £20 for the rest of the world. Postage is free on orders of £100 and over from within the EU.
The charge for postage and packing is added to your order total on the web site during the payment process. If you are sending your order to us with a cheque, please ensure that the order total includes postage.

Is it easy to return something if it's not quite right?
We know how tricky it can be buying for little people, so we give you a month to change your mind. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us unworn, with the labels still attached and enclosing a copy of the dispatch note, within thirty days of the original order. We will then exchange or refund your order, no questions asked.
We recommend that you pack the order well and ask the post office to give you proof of postage, since we can't provide refunds for goods that we do not receive, or that are damaged in transit when you send them back.

When we have received your parcel, we will exchange your order or send you a refund straight away - remember to write on the dispatch note whether you would like an exchange or a refund! If you request a refund, we will either refund your card, or send you a cheque, depending on how you paid for your order. Credit / debit card refunds can only be credited to the card that the goods were bought with.
Please note: carriage cost will only be included in the refund if the goods were faulty.

How do I pay for my order?
Online orders can be paid for securely using a credit or debit card.
Alternatively, you can post your order to us at the address above, along with a cheque or money order made payable to DamTam Ltd. If you are paying for your order by cheque, please send us details of your order by post and remember to include postage when you are working out the order total. Please note that we are only able to accept cheques or money orders in pounds sterling. Your order will be dispatched as soon as payment is confirmed.

Will you protect me from spam?
We hate junk mail and spam. We will not pass your personal details on to third parties and we will only occasionally contact you with information about DamTam products and special promotions if you have confirmed that you would like us to. If at any time you receive unwanted correspondence from us, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will make sure that it doesn't happen again.
