Piccalilly is an ethically conscious brand, based in the UK, who do an extremely funky line of fairtrade organic cotton baby and toddler clothing.
Size guide We find Piccalilly clothes to be on the small side. Admittedly we tend to produce michelin babies (rolls and rolls); that said, we've also heard from a few of our customers that Piccalilly clothes are cut a bit on the slim side. If you find that they're not right, we will happily exchange them for a different size with no quibbling. >> Click here to view our size guide
Washing instructions Obviously, do check the label. We recommend washing at 40°C and tumble drying on a low heat. Expect up to 5% shrinkage on the first wash, because being organic cotton, the clothes are not chemically treated.
Fairtrade certified All the clothes in the Piccalillly organic baby clothes range are made from FAIRTRADE certified cotton - a guarantee that producers in developing countries are getting a better deal.
Safe for sensitive skin These clothes couldn't be any kinder - the organic cotton and environmentally friendly dyes means that they contain not even a trace of any of the nasty chemicals normally used in processing and dying cotton.
Where is it from? It's made in India - through a supply chain that has been audited by the Fairtrade Foundation. Piccalilly always trade constructively and fairly with their suppliers by paying advances - typically of 50%, placing regular and repeat orders throughout the year and where possible contributing towards local causes.
Perfectly organic baby clothing It's made of 100% organic cotton and dyed using environmentally friendly dyes. Organic certification from Control Union (previously known as SKAL - www.controlunion.com)
