Softly softly catchee mousy (yes I know, but there aren't many monkeys round here).

Wheelybugs are beloved of little sofa surfers and toddlers alike. The comfy organic rounded shape means no pesky hard corners for those of little balance. And the stable design and rotating castors make it a smooth ride!

They are shipped direct from our supplier and will take 5-10 days to arrive.

Small 36cm long, 23cm high and 20cm wide for age 1 to 2.5.

Large 46cm long, 28cm high and 26cm wide for age 2.5 to 5.

1. Have they been safety tested?

Wheelybugs have been certified tested to EU, US, AU/NZ and JP standards.

2. How much weight can it take, can I sit on it?

The maximum recommended rider weight is 25kg; however each wheel is rated at 30kg giving a total safe working load of 120kg!! So, Adults can take a ride on them too!

3. Can they be used outdoors?

Any smooth, flat surface will work well. However keep them away from dirt or sand as this can get into the castors and slow them down. We wouldn't recommend leaving the toy outside in the rain or direct sunshine for long periods as this will damage the surfaces.

4. What happens if the wheels get damaged/worn out?

Not a problem; you can buy replacements - just drop us an email and we'll get hold of them, or go directly to Hippychick.

5. Will they run on carpet?

Obviously it is slower wheeling on carpet, but your child will get a good work out!



What are the do’s and don’ts for Wheelybugs?

1. We have to state that children should only use the toy under adult supervision.

2. The toy is only for use by children who are able to walk unassisted and should not be used as an aid or support for walking

3. Ride on toys can tip over on surfaces that are not flat. The toy should be used only on smooth, level, dry surfaces.

4. Do not allow children to use on or near hills, inclines, steps, staircases, bridges or near a swimming pool or other body of water.

5. Shoes must be worn at all times.

6. Only one rider at a time. Multiple riders can cause tipping over

7. We know all kids love to climb but, do not allow a child to stand on the seat. The Wheelybug should be ridden with both feet on the ground.

8. It is important to check that the handle and wheel bolts are tight before using the toy. A loose or detached handle or wheel can make the toy unstable.

9. Maximum recommended rider weight is 25kg or 50lbs.

10. Clean with soap and water. Never use polishes, abrasive cleaners or steel wool. Strong solvents eg acetone, can damage the surface. Exposure to sunlight for long periods can result in colour fading. Don’t leave out in the open. Keep sharp points away from the covering.
