The top has smocking at the back for a neat fit, so it looks great from the moment they've grown into it until they've undeniably grown out of it. The dress is made of 100% cotton and is machine washable at 40°. If you are going to tumble dry it then we suggest using a low heat.

These brightly coloured organic cotton socks are essentials. They come in packs of two pairs - red and white, or blue and white. Soft ribbing at the ankles helps to make sure that they stay on. They don't have rubber grips on the soles - we have experienced those being chewed off and they also make it really tough to put shoes on! Like most of our essential baby clothes, they can be machine washed at 60°.
